I am an experienced Psychodynamic Counsellor & Psychotherapist working with wide range of issues including stress, anxiety, depression, relational difficulties and issues related to trauma and loss.
I offer a professional and confidential space where you can feel welcomed; where your thoughts and feelings can be talked about without a fear of being judged or criticised; where we can explore the reasons that brought you to therapy, your present difficulties and influences from the past; where you can achieve greater insights and understanding of yourself, your feelings and the way you relate to people around you.
Our work will help you to bring clarity to your situation, enable you to change your perspectives and feelings about yourself and your life, help you to create positive changes and to find the way forward.
I am a Registered member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work within their guidelines. I hold a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy and alongside my private practice I work at Mind providing counselling and psychotherapy to people from different walks of life and backgrounds.
