About Kate

You may carry an underlying sense of emptiness or un-happiness, this can lead to feelings of confusion, murkiness or conflict and you may need help to unravel the tangle.

Counselling may be an effective way of offering you the space to think about, explore and talk about issues that may be concerning you or affecting the quality of your life. Counselling can help you gain a deeper understanding of your feelings, experiences and behavior, past and present. Sharing feelings, thoughts and fears can not only ease mental pain but also bring fresh insight, helping you to understand and make sense of things that may feel confusing. This can facilitate change and help you move forward in your life, particularly if you are feeling stuck.

I am an experienced psychodynamic counsellor with experience of working in the NHS as well as part of the couples and family team at Highgate Counselling Centre.

I am now solely in private practice and founding member of The Finchley Therapy Practice. I am a member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapist and adhere to the BACP ethical framework & guidelines.
