To give you some background about me. I am an experienced psychodynamic counsellor, a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, whose guidelines and ethical framework I adhere to. The therapy I offer has its strength in understanding the relationships we have presently and in the past to explain where we are now.
