My work is grounded in compassion, depth and cultural sensitivity. I offer a thoughtful, relational therapeutic space where clients can feel genuinely seen, heard and supported as they begin to make sense of emotional distress, relational difficulties and experiences that may feel hard to carry alone.

I am an experienced psychodynamic therapist and educator working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, attachment wounds, bereavement and loss, low self-esteem, identity struggles and painful relationship patterns. My approach is shaped by the understanding that many present difficulties are rooted in earlier experiences and unconscious relational patterns that continue to affect present life.

I have a particular interest in working with trauma, early attachment difficulties, loss, war, displacement, migration, and issues of identity and diversity, with an awareness of the complex personal, social and cultural contexts that shape each person’s story.

Alongside my long-established private practice, I am a tutor on a postgraduate BACP-accredited psychodynamic counselling training and have many years of clinical experience within a major mental health setting. My work is guided by respect, curiosity and a belief in each person’s capacity for healing, resilience and growth.
