My work is grounded in compassion, depth and cultural sensitivity. I offer a thoughtful and creative therapeutic space where individuals, couples and children can begin to make sense of emotional distress, relational difficulties and experiences that may feel hard to carry alone.

I am an experienced Integrative Arts Psychotherapist and Art Psychotherapist, working with anxiety, depression, bereavement, traumatic stress, complex trauma, PTSD, attachment wounds, identity difficulties, relationship issues, neurodiversity and severe mental health presentations. My approach recognises that many present struggles are rooted in earlier relational experiences, unprocessed trauma and unconscious emotional patterns that continue to shape present life.

Alongside talking psychotherapy, I use creative expression, metaphor and visual media where appropriate to help access feelings that may be difficult to articulate through words alone. This can be particularly valuable for children, couples and individuals experiencing deep emotional conflict, social withdrawal, trauma, chronic depression or loss of identity.

My therapeutic work draws on Attachment Theory, Mentalisation, Gestalt and psychodynamic psychotherapy, allowing support to be tailored sensitively according to each client’s emotional needs, developmental history and relationship patterns. I work with adults and couples through integrative arts psychotherapy and with children through HCPC registered art psychotherapy practice.

I completed both an Advanced Diploma and MA in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy at the Institute for Arts and Therapy in Education (IATE). I am a HCPC and BAAT Registered Art Psychotherapist and a UKCP Accredited Integrative Arts Psychotherapist, with clinical experience across NHS mental health hospitals, schools, community charities and private practice. I also offer sessions in English and Japanese.
