As an accredited integrative therapist, I offer a warm, professional, and empathic counselling relationship. I believe meaningful therapy grows from the connection between client and therapist—where trust, openness, and curiosity allow you to explore your whole self in a space that feels safe, unjudged, and brave enough to talk. I offer therapy to adults, couples, and adolescents aged 16+.

I create a calm and supportive environment where you can explore your feelings, gain clarity, and build emotional resilience—as an individual or as part of a relationship. I work with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, and neurodiversity.

In our sessions, we focus on your experiences in the present moment, how you relate to others, and how your inner world shapes your wellbeing. We will also look at past relationships and patterns of behaviour, helping you to understand and gently shift what no longer serves you.

I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and follow their ethical guidelines.

I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and a Level 5 Certificate in Couples and Relationship Therapy.
