I like to incorporate aspects of philosophy, health and fitness, spirituality, and ethics into therapy.

Clients seem to benefit from my approach being integrative, incorporating interventions and approaches when they feel appropriate. I like some aspects of CBT, IFS, and Psychodynamic practice.

There is a mixture of working therapeutically to resolve issues, alongside a gentle space to talk about your week.

A lot of my work helps clients manage anxiety, and work through their childhood and family issues.

Sessions with me will provide you with somewhere you can talk openly. Somewhere you can come each week to say what you’ve been wanting to say, and feel what you’ve been wanting to feel.

All of our lives are complex, and all of them have challenges. However, we don’t always have a space to process these challenges. I’ll be there alongside you, not judging what you bring, and not telling you what to do. We can find what changes and resolutions might help.

With resolutions in mind, I am trained to integrate therapy with coaching, and offer both therapy sessions and coaching sessions.

Alongside my private practice I work in a service aiding clients with disordered eating.

I am affiliated to work with clients through private health insurance, including BUPA, AXA, and Vitality.
