I am a relational integrative-humanistic therapist working with adults experiencing anxiety and stress, depression and low mood, bereavement and loss, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, trauma, neurodiversity and identity-related challenges. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck in repeating patterns, struggling in personal or professional relationships, or exploring deeper questions about identity, belonging and personal growth, I offer a warm, reflective and non-judgemental space where we can work together to better understand what is happening in your life.

Therapy provides an opportunity to slow down and make sense of thoughts, emotions and behaviours that may feel confusing, distressing or difficult to change. Together, we can explore how past experiences, family dynamics and significant relationships continue to influence your present life. By developing a greater understanding of these patterns, therapy can help you improve relationships, strengthen self-awareness, build emotional resilience and create meaningful and lasting change.

I have a particular interest in working with relationship difficulties, interpersonal conflict, anxiety, shame, anger, neurodiversity, intergenerational trauma, cultural identity and cross-cultural experiences. I recognise that emotional wellbeing is shaped not only by personal history but also by family, culture, community and wider social influences. Understanding these connections can often lead to greater clarity, self-compassion and a stronger sense of authenticity.

My approach is humanistic, relational and integrative, drawing on Gestalt Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Existential Therapy and Intercultural approaches. I work collaboratively, tailoring therapy to your individual needs while providing a safe and supportive environment where difficult experiences can be explored at a pace that feels right for you.

My professional experience includes working within community counselling services, private practice and mental health settings, including an honorary psychotherapy role within an acute forensic mental health ward. I have also supported young adults through mentoring roles in higher education and community organisations.

I hold a BSc in Forensic Psychology and an MBACP Diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling from the Metanoia Institute, and I am currently completing an MSc in Humanistic Psychotherapy. I am a registered member of the BACP and hold UKCP trainee membership. I offer therapy in Finchley, North London and online, in English and conversational Turkish.
