Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving you feeling lost, anxious, or unsure where to turn. As a fully qualified integrative therapeutic counsellor, I am experienced in supporting adults through a wide range of challenges that can affect wellbeing and sense of self. I offer a safe, confidential and compassionate therapy space where we can gently explore what may be sitting beneath these thoughts and feelings.
Sometimes, past or present experiences can remain unprocessed, quietly influencing how you feel about yourself and how you relate to others. This can show up in ways such as people-pleasing, avoiding closeness, or finding it hard to express your needs - patterns that can contribute to low self-esteem and negative patterns of thinking. You might notice a persistent inner critic that leaves you feeling “not good enough,” or ongoing anxiety and low mood that begins to impact different areas of your life.
At the heart of my work is a deep sense of empathy and respect for you as an individual. My role is to support and gently guide you in making sense of your experiences, helping you build self-awareness and reflect more deeply on what’s going on for you to bring about change.
I work with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to:
I am registered member of the BACP and adhere to their Ethical Framework of Good Practice. My experience spans a variety of settings. I have also worked with adults and young people in a psychotherapy agency and as a school counsellor in a North London secondary school. Alongside this, I have volunteered as a bereavement counsellor with Cruse Bereavement and hold an Ascentis accreditation.
